How soon will you ship my order?

We will ship on the same day for orders paid before 3pm every Mondays to Saturdays.

I'm doing my last minute shopping! Can I get my order immediately?

Yes, we can arrange same day express delivery (Lalamove) for orders within West Malaysia. Shipping fee for this service would be borne by you, and based on rate calculated on time of request.

To request for same day express delivery, send us an inbox message and quote your order number.

Can I add another silk pillowcase to make it 2 silk pillowcase instead of 1?

Yes, you can! Just add another silk pillowcase to your order and we will pack it in a larger fairy lights gift box at no additional cost to packaging.

If the second silk pillowcase is not a gift, just indicate in notes during checkout and we will pack them separately as per our normal packaging.

Can I add scrunchies or other silk products to the fairy lights gift box?

We can only pack certain products into the same fairy lights gift box along with 1 pillowcase at no additional cost for packaging:

  • Silk scrunchies (any size)
  • Silk face mask
  • Silk headband
  • Silk bonnet
  • Silk inner
  • Silk bolster case (standard)
