Return & Refund Policy

To ensure you receive quality Sutra Silk products, all orders are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged for delivery before we hand them over to our delivery partner. 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, and in the same condition and original packaging the item was received. The damaged item must also be returned via registered post/ trackable shipping method within 14 days of receipt. 

Refunds in respect of items purchased at discounted or promotional prices (whether via voucher(s), promotional code, discount code, promotional/ sales campaign etc) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once we have inspected the returned item, the refund amount will be transferred to your store credit to be used for your future purchase(s) with us.

Please note that the refund amount will be prorated based on the actual discounted/ promotional price paid for the item. Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
