What is the minimum quantity for wholesale / corporate orders?
At least 100 pieces. However, we are open to negotiation for quantities lesser than this.
How do I place a wholesale / corporate order?
Email us at support@sutrasilk.com and provide us with the following details:
  1. Your name
  2. Company name
  3. Contact details
  4. Silk products you are interested in [type, colour, size (where applicable) & quantity]
  5. Details of desired customisation
  6. When you need the products by
We will provide you with a quotation based on information you’ve given to us.

Once you have decided you would like to proceed, we will send you an invoice together with the payment instructions.

Upon receiving your payment, we will process your order.

Package tracking details will be shared with you once your order is shipped.
Do you provide free samples?
We currently do not offer free samples. If you require a sample of our products before ordering, please place an order through our website.
Can I request for customisation on the products?
We can provide certain customisation services, for example, customised colours, sizes, logo, and embroidery services to align the products to your corporate / brand identity. Please note that these are subject to additional charges.
Can I return all or part of my wholesale / corporate gift order?
Unless the products you received have manufacturing defects on them, we do not support returns / exchanges for wholesale / corporate gift orders.
