Return & Refund Policy

To ensure you receive quality Sutra Silk products, all orders are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged for delivery before we hand them over to our delivery partner.

Scope of Policy:
This policy applies strictly to items that have been successfully delivered to the customer. For any issues regarding non-delivery, tracking anomalies, or items delivered to the wrong address, please refer to the strict reporting timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery-related claims will not be entertained under this Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Items & Strictly Enforced Windows:

  • Reporting Window: In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, you must reach out to us at support@sutrasilk.com within 14 days of recorded delivery to request a replacement or refund.
  • Return Window: The damaged item must be physically dispatched and posted back to us via registered post/trackable shipping method within 14 days of recorded delivery. You must provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment.
  • No Exceptions: Any requests made, or return parcels postmarked, after the 14-day window has expired will be strictly rejected and will not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit refund, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition and original packaging as it was received. We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the returned item does not meet these criteria.

Promotions & Discounts:
Refunds for items purchased at discounted or promotional prices (including but not limited to vouchers, promotional codes, discount codes, or sales campaigns) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refunded amount will be prorated based on the actual discounted/promotional price paid.

Shipping Fees & Refund Method:

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • All approved refunds will be issued strictly in the form of store credit. Cash or credit card reversals will not be provided.
